Ingredients

  • 500g pork fillet sliced into two centimetre rounds
  • 150g batter
  • 200g golden breadcrumbs
  • 50g grated Parmesan
  • ½ teaspoon chopped parsley

Method

  1. 1.
    Mix together bread crumbs, Parmesan and parsley. Batter pork rounds and coat in crumb mixture.
