  • 400g pork fillet
  • 1 spinach leaf
  • 60g feta
  • 4-5 bacon rashers


  1. 1.
    Slice a pocket down the length of the fillet.
  2. 2.
    Finely slice spinach and mix with crumbled feta.
  3. 3.
    Fill pocket with mixture.
  4. 4.
    Lay bacon rashers side by side for the length of the fillet.
  5. 5.
    Roll bacon over, roll in meat film and refrigerate to set.
