  • 4 x 200g pork cutlets
  • 100g Greek feta
  • 50g baby spinach
  • 50g pine nuts


  1. 1.
    Finely chop spinach and mix with feta and pine nuts.
  2. 2.
    Put a pocket in top edge of cutlets.
  3. 3.
    Fill pocket with feta mixture and secure with tooth picks.

Pan fry to your liking, or bake standing up for 25 minutes.
