- •100g Greek feta
- •50g baby spinach
- •50g pine nuts
- 1.Finely chop spinach and mix with feta and pine nuts.
- 2.Put a pocket in top edge of cutlets.
- 3.Fill pocket with feta mixture and secure with tooth picks.
Customer cooking instructions:
Pan fry to your liking, or bake standing up for 25 minutes.
