Ingredients

  • 4 x 200g pork cutlets
  • 200g honey
  • 30ml vegetable oil
  • 1 bunch chives chopped
  • 50g whole grain mustard

Method

  1. 1.
    Combine Honey, oil, chives and mustard in a bowl.
  2. 2.
    Cover pork cutlets with mustard mixture and refrigerate to set.

Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 30-40 minutes on baking paper.
