Italian Pork Schnitzel Roll Ups

•4 elastic truss bands

•2 pork leg steaks, butterflied

•2 pork sausages
-
•¼ cup fresh breadcrumbs

•2 sprigs fresh thyme, chopped

•1 tablespoon olive oil

•Seasoned crumb mixture

•Butter
Method
-
1.Remove meat from pork sausages and place in a mixing bowl.

2.Add breadcrumbs and thyme - mix well.

3.Open up leg steaks.

4.Spread half the mixture evenly on each steak, approximately 80g per steak.

5.Roll up each steak and secure with truss bands.

6.Brush each roll with the oil.

7.Dip each roll into the seasoned crumb mix.

8.Garnish with thyme, seasoning and a roll of butter.
General Information
Cooking Instructions:- Preheat oven at 200°C.
- Cook rolls for 25 minutes.
