Ingredients
- •450g pork fillet
- •1 tablespoon butter
- •1 tablespoon butter
- •¼ tablespoon dry sage
- •1 tablespoon wholegrain mustard
Method
- 1.Take a pork fillet and trim off excess fat.
- 2.Cut 4 slits diagonally along the top of the pork fillet around ½ the depth of the fillet.
- 3.Mix up butter mixture and fill each slit with the mustard butter.
- 4.Display on a white tray with butter exposed out of slits.
General Information
Customer cooking instructions:
Preheat oven at 180 degrees, fan forced. Bring the product to room temperature (take out of fridge 2 hours prior to cooking). Cook the product in foil for 25 minutes. Open foil and let it cook for an extra 5 minutes to brown. Rest it in foil for 5 minutes. Slice the pork fillet and serve with melted butter as a glaze
