Parmesan and garlic pork cutlets

- •4 x 200g pork cutlets
- •100g flour
- •300ml egg wash
- •500g breadcrumbs
- •100g fresh Parmesan cheese
- •20g garlic powder
- •1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1.Mix together bread crumbs, parmesan, garlic powder and parsley.
- 2.Flour pork cutlets and dip into egg wash then into crumb mix. Refrigerate to set.
Customer cooking instructions:
Pan fry both sides in a little oil until golden and finish in oven for 20 minutes.
