Ingredients
- •150g pork fillets
- •20g shaved prosciutto
- •2 dried figs
- •2 sprigs fresh thyme
- •1 teaspoon cinnamon
- •1 elastic tie
Method
- 1.Sprinkle cinnamon over the pork fillet. Wrap pork fillet with prosciutto.
- 2.Tie with elastic band. Place the sliced figs and thyme sprigs under the elastic band.

Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Roast on a baking tray for 20 mins.
