  • 150g pork fillets
  • 20g shaved prosciutto
  • 2 dried figs
  • 2 sprigs fresh thyme
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 elastic tie


  1. 1.
    Sprinkle cinnamon over the pork fillet. Wrap pork fillet with prosciutto.
  2. 2.
    Tie with elastic band. Place the sliced figs and thyme sprigs under the elastic band.

Customer cooking instructions

Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Roast on a baking tray for 20 mins.
