Pork and prosciutto rolls
Prep time 20 minutes Cook time 20 minutes
- •150g pork fillet
- •30g feta cheese
- •20g sundried tomatoes
- •1 shallot
- •1 slice prosciutto
- 1.Cut a pocket in the top of the pork fillet.
- 2.Combine feta, sundried tomatoes and shallots.
- 3.Fill pocket with feta mixture. Season with salt and pepper and then roll pork fillet with prosciutto.
