Pork and prosciutto rolls

Prep time 20 minutes Cook time 20 minutes


  • 150g pork fillet
  • 30g feta cheese
  • 20g sundried tomatoes
  • 1 shallot
  • 1 slice prosciutto


  1. 1.
    Cut a pocket in the top of the pork fillet.
  2. 2.
    Combine feta, sundried tomatoes and shallots.
  3. 3.
    Fill pocket with feta mixture. Season with salt and pepper and then roll pork fillet with prosciutto.

Bake in hot oven for 20 minutes.
