  • 4 x 150g pork loin fillet steak
  • ½ red onion finely sliced
  • 80g mozzarella cheese
  • 120g pie apples
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • 20g apple & sage flavour maker
  • 2 sheets puff pastry
  • 2 sheets puff pastry


  1. 1.
    Cut pastry sheets in half and cut five rows of slits.
  2. 2.
    Over the pastry, lay the red onion, mozzarella cheese, salt and pepper and pie apple.
  3. 3.
    Dip the pork steak in apple and sage flavour maker and place on top of the filling.
  4. 4.
    Fold the two ends of the pastry over each other and tuck the sides over so that the slits open up showing the ingredients inside.
  5. 5.
    Spray with vegetable oil and sprinkle a light layer of the apple and sage flavour maker.

General Information

Customer cooking instructions:

Brush with a little milk and bake at 200 degrees for 30 minutes.
