Ingredients

  • 1kg pork topside
  • 20g BBQ dry marinade rub
  • 200g pineapple squares
  • 1 red capsicum cut into squares
  • 1 green capsicum cut into squares
  • White onion, quartered and segments separated

Method

  1. 1.
    Cut pork topside into about two centimetre squares and dust with dry marinade rub.
  2. 2.
    Place ingredients on to wooden skewer in order of pork, pineapple, onion and capsicum, finishing with pork.
