Ingredients
- •1kg piece of pork loin
- •2 fresh spinach leaves
- •2 bacon rashers (rindless)
- •100g apple, sage and pistachio stuffing mix
Method
- 1.Butterfly open loin of pork. Layer spinach, bacon and stuffing on pork.
- 2.Roll up and secure with twine. Refrigerate to set. Cut pork into steaks.

Bake in an oven proof dish at 180 degrees Celsius for 25 minutes.
