Ingredients

  • 600g lean pork mince
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 egg
  • ½ teaspoon Greek seasoning
  • 1 cup long grain rice

Method

  1. 1.
    Combine the pork mince, onion, parsley, egg and Greek seasoning. Mix well.
  2. 2.
    Shape mixture into golf-ball sized balls and roll in the long grain rice.

Customer Cooking Instructions:


Arrange the balls in the basket of a steamer lined with baking paper (make sure there are holes in the paper to allow steam flow). Place the basket over a saucepan containing simmering stock, cook over a medium heat and steam the porkupine balls for 15 minutes. Check the stock level occasionally and top up if required.
