Smokey Pork Mignon Entertainers

Ingredients

  • 2 x 180g loin steaks
  • tspn smoked paprika
  • 4 bacon ½ rashers
  • 10cm square pork rind

Method

  1. 1.
    Dip the edges of loin steaks in smoked paprika.
  2. 2.
    Wrap with the bacon rashers.
  3. 3.
    Secure with truss.
  4. 4.
    Thinly slice pork rind.
  5. 5.
    Place pork rind on top of the mignon.
  6. 6.
    Sprinkle with smoked paprika.
  7. 7.
    Season with salt.
