  • 500g pork mince
  • 2 shallots, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Thai seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons coriander leaves, finely chopped
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 cups Panko bread crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons black sesame seeds

Optional creamy dill mayo

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons dill leaves, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon chilli paste
  • 1 lemon, zested and juiced

    Combine the pork mince, shallots, Thai seasoning, coriander leaves, bread crumbs and egg together in a large bowl and mix well.

    Shape mixture into 10-12 patties. Roll each patty in the combined Panko crumbs and sesame seeds until well coated.

    Optional creamy dill mayo: combine the mayonnaise, dill leaves, chilli paste, lemon zest and juice in a small bowl. Serve in individual plastic tubs for takeway and keep chilled.

General Information

Customer Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 170°C. Heat some oil in a non-stick pan over a medium heat and cook for 2-3 minutes on both sides until golden. Remove patties from the pan and place on a baking tray. Finish the pork cakes in the oven for 8-10 minutes.
