
Vietnamese-style pork chops

Serves 4 people
Ingredients
- •4 (approx. 250g each) pork loin chops, rind off
Vietnamese marinade
- •2 garlic cloves, crushed
- •2 small red chilli, deseeded and finely chopped
- •2 tablespoons lime juice
- •2 tablespoons soy sauce
- •1 tablespoon fish sauce
- •2 tablespoons brown sugar
- •2 tablespoons peanut oil
Method
- 1.Combine all marinade ingredients well and pour over chops.
General Information
Customer Cooking Instructions:
- Pre-heat a greased grill or barbecue on a medium heat.
- Add pork and cook for 8-10 minutes or until just cooked through. Transfer to a plate, cover and set aside to rest for 5 minutes.
Hint: serve pork with salad, peanuts, steamed Jasmine rice and lime wedges
